UK Express Delivery - £1.95

Rest of World Delivery - £14.95***Currently only available to Australia, Canada, New Zealand & U.S.A.
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
After placing your order, please allow the time that we have stated for us to prepare, dispatch, and deliver your order.

Do you offer Express Delivery?
We offer Express Delivery for the UK which is a 1-2 working day service from placing your order. 
Please select this delivery service before you check out. 
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer express delivery outside of the UK. 
What Delivery method do you use?
We use Royal Mail or DPD for our UK Standard and Express Delivery.
We use Royal Mail (the postal service) for International Delivery outside of the UK.
Do you offer Free Returns?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns.

Can I Exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges can be made for a different size. 
If you require a different item altogether, please place a new order with us.
How do I use an Offer / Discount Code?
To use a valid promotional / discount code, please ensure that you enter it into the “discount code box” on the payment page before you complete the transaction.

Why doesn't my Discount Code work?
It is most likely that your offer code is not working because it has either expired or it is not a valid discount code.

Can I use 2 offer codes at once?
Only one offer is valid at a time.
Can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us asap. 
Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel and recall your parcel, therefore you should return it to us for a refund.
I am outside of the UK, will I have to pay Tax and Duty on my order?
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).  
If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.  You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. 
Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
